Employee Assistance Program
EAP is a free benefit to you as a Goldbelt employee. Highlights include access to master’s level counselors via telephone and referrals for up to three sessions with a nearby counselor.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
Goldbelt offers flexible spending accounts for eligible healthcare, dependent care, and commuter expenses. FSA contributions are pretax, and employees may contribute amounts up to the annual maximum specified by Goldbelt and IRS regulations.
Tricare Supplemental Insurance
Goldbelt offers Tricare supplemental insurance to our military veterans covered by Tricare. With Tricare Supplemental Insurance, you can enjoy enhanced coverage, filling the gaps left by your standard Tricare plan. Our tailored packages cater to your unique needs, ensuring you and your family receive the best care without breaking the bank.
Employee Discount Program
The employee discount program is a free benefit to all Goldbelt employees. Our employee discount program is through BenefitHub, which offers discounts, rewards, and perks that cannot be found on the open market with nationally recognized and local companies.
Goldbelt offers a 401K plan that allows employees to contribute a percentage of their salary on a Pretax or Roth basis. Goldbelt will match the first 3% of contributions at 100% and the next 3% of contributions at 50%, a max match of 4.5%. Employees may enroll into the 401K plan on the first quarter following their date of hire and are immediately 100% vested in all contributions.
Voluntary Supplemental Medical
Goldbelt offers the option to purchase critical illness, accident, and hospital indemnity insurances at group discounted rates. These coverages supplement your current healthcare coverage providing additional financial security for you and your family.

Identity Theft Insurance
Goldbelt offers Norton LifeLock for identity theft protection at discounted group rates. We offer two identity theft insurance plan options including benefit essential and benefit premier.
Voluntary Legal Plan
This voluntary legal benefit provides you with access to participating attorneys for assistance with many services (for example, family law, will and trust creation, and real estate matters).
Life and Disability Insurance
Goldbelt provides basic short-term (STD) and long-term (LTD) disability insurance. Goldbelt also provides basic life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance in the amount of 1.5x the employee’s base salary, up to $200,000. Employees can also purchase additional life and AD&D through a voluntary life insurance option; coverage is available for the employee, spouse, and children.
