Tasha Heumann, Director of Marketing

Tasha Heumann, Tlingit name Wuduyéey, is Kaagwaantaan (Eagle/Wolf) from the Eagle Nest House of Sitka. Of Tlingit and Black descent, she is a Sealaska shareholder and a lifelong Juneau resident with family ties to Angoon. She lives in Juneau with her family.

Tasha joined Goldbelt, Inc. in October 2024 as the Director of Marketing, overseeing the marketing and communications team. She leads efforts to support shareholder and business market objectives, strengthening connections and value between Goldbelt and all key stakeholders.

With more than 16 years of experience in marketing and communications, Tasha specializes in brand growth, market strategy, and data-driven decision-making. She has deep expertise in developing and integrating branding systems that enhance brand equity and align with business objectives. A strategic marketer, she is passionate about creating authentic, meaningful connections with all audiences and driving measurable results. She continuously drives marketing strategies that maximize ROI, align with organizational priorities, and contribute to sustainable business growth.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a marketing emphasis from Fort Lewis College and a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in marketing and data analysis from Colorado State University, where she also completed a graduate certificate in business intelligence.
