Steven Sahlender

Steven Sahlender, Executive Vice President, Alaska Division

Shareholder Steven Sahlender serves as Executive Vice President of Operations for the Alaska Division. Steven joined Goldbelt at the end of 2013. The Alaska Division includes:

  • Goldbelt Security
  • Goldbelt Lands Management
  • Goldbelt Tram
  • Goldbelt Transportation
  • Goldbelt Seadrome
  • Goldbelt CP Leasing

Steven served for 20 years in the Air Force, and upon retirement he flew small drones for a government contractor for three years. He then worked as a store manager for Home Depot before coming to Goldbelt. Steven started his career at Goldbelt with Nisga’a in Kuwait as a project manager, later moving to Goldbelt Falcon in Chesapeake, VA as a Program Manager. He later was hired for a Senior Business development position in Charleston, SC with Peregrine, and then moved over to CP Marine as Director of Operations before taking the position in Alaska.

Steven holds a Bachelor of Organizational Management and a Masters of Business Administration.
