Goldbelt, Inc to Host the 47th Annual Meeting of Shareholders

The 47th Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held remotely on Saturday, July 10th at 11:00 AM (AKDT). The meeting will be live-streamed at MyGoldbelt.com.  Shareholders who are not already registered on MyGoldbelt should do so prior to the Annual Meeting to ensure they are able to view the meeting.

The meeting will have many exciting announcements, including the launch of a new scholarship, a Woosh.ji.een dance performance, the Annual Shareholder Awards, and much more!  Shareholders can view the agenda for the Annual Meeting below and also on MyGoldbelt. All shareholders who login to the Annual Meeting will be eligible to win one of 18 door prizes (including Jerry’s Meats Seafood packs, gift cards, and other prizes)!

Following the election results, shareholders will have an opportunity to ask questions of Management and the Board. Shareholders are encouraged to submit questions for the Q&A portion of Saturday’s Annual Meeting via tinyurl.com/GBIQuestion. Pre-submitted questions will be answered first, with questions submitted during the meeting on the live chat to follow.
