48th Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Goldbelt

Goldbelt’s Annual Meeting will be held remotely at MyGoldbelt.com at 11:00 a.m. Alaska Time, July 9. Shareholders should register with MyGoldbelt before the annual meeting to ensure they are able to tune in for the live event.

Voting for the board of directors elections closes on July 7, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. Alaska Time. Online voting will resume briefly on www.goldbeltvote.com between 11:00 a.m. when the annual meeting begins and when voting officially closes at noon. The results will be given by the inspector of elections during the event at 12:30 p.m.
