Cultural Youth Cyber Camp

Registration for the Cultural Youth Cyber Camp is now open!

Students entering grades 6-12 are encouraged to participate in a week-long camp with cultural activities and cyber training. The camp is cohosted by Goldbelt Heritage Foundation and two Goldbelt companies: CP Marine, LLC and Peregrine Technological Solutions, LLC. Goldbelt shareholders and descendants have priority placement. To learn more about the camp, email [email protected].

The camp prepares students for the CyberPatriot e-club, cyber apprenticeships, and the CyberPatriot’s National Youth Cyber Defense Competition!  CyberPatriot is the National Youth Cyber Education Program created by the Air Force Association to inspire K-12 students toward careers in cybersecurity or other Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) disciplines critical to our nation’s future. At the program’s core is the National Youth Cyber Defense Competition, the nation’s largest cyber defense competition that puts high school and middle school students in charge of securing virtual networks.

The CyberPatriot club is an excellent opportunity to learn about a growing career field. See the graphic below for an example career pathway.
