Goldbelt’s Executive Development program pulls the best and brightest from the Goldbelt internship program and shareholder staff and provides them the opportunity to work in all of the major business disciplines within Goldbelt’s operations.Throughout the course of a three-year period, the participant will acquire the experience and skills necessary to function effectively at the management and executive levels within Goldbelt. Participation in the program is limited to Goldbelt shareholders or descendants of shareholders with a business, accounting, or finance degree (undergraduate or graduate) who possess exceptional intelligence, ability, and drive.
