The 36th Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Goldbelt, Incorporated will be held at the Tlingit & Haida Community Council Building at 3235 Hospital Drive in Juneau, Alaska on June 1, 2010 at 5:00pm Alaska time.  For those not able to attend, the meeting will be webcast live.

The 36th Annual Meeting of Shareholders has as its principal purpose the election of three (3) directors to hold office for three-year terms.  Copies of the Articles of Incorporation may be obtained by requesting a copy from the Corporate Office at 3075 Vintage Boulevard, Suite 200, Juneau, Alaska or by calling toll free 1-800-770-5866.

Pursuant to Article II, Section 8 of the Bylaws of the company, proxies may be voted on at a meeting of shareholders only if they have been placed on file with the Inspector of Elections or the Stock Registrar of the company by 5:00pm (Alaska Time), May 28, 2010.

The Board of Directors welcomes the attendance and participation of all shareholders.
