The Inspector of Elections has provided the list of Early Bird winners who voted their 2012 Proxy by the May 22nd deadline. Winners were drawn randomly. Prizes will be paid out after the annual meeting.

i know trhe inspection o0f elections is some one we can trust but i noticed that there are no shareholders present during this time and opnly offices are allowed, wrong.this needs to be changed to where we are albel to see and hear whom is the winner/s.

okay, how do these guys who live out of state get their proxies in so quickly? i live right here in juneau…how can they get theirs before me? i send mine in the moment i get my proxy. sheesh!

The Inspector of Elections is Dapcevich Accounting and their office is in Sitka, Alaska. Immediately after the Inspector conducts the random drawings, Goldbelt, Inc. is provided a list of winners and this information is announced via our corporate website and social media outlets. The drawings are not conducted in the Goldbelt offices or at any Goldbelt, Inc. location.

Early Bird winners are randomly selected after the early bird deadline. All shareholders who submit their proxy before the deadline are included in the random drawing. Winners are not selected based on who turns in their proxies first. All shareholders who submit their proxies before the early bird deadline have an equal chance of winning, regardless of where they live.
