Throughout our history, Goldbelt has benefited by a succession of forward-thinking boards of directors. The Goldbelt Board of Directors is comprised of nine individuals that are shareholders of the corporation. Each member is elected to a three-year term. Three seats expire each year and shareholders elect individuals to fill those seats at each Annual Meeting of Shareholders held each June.
Goldbelt has an open election and there is no Board Slate during elections. Shareholders who are interested in serving are encouraged to participate in the nominations and elections process. The corporation solicits nominations for Board Candidates each January.
