Goldbelt’s Shareholder Services is holding a Testamentary Disposition contest!  Shareholders who complete a valid Testamentary Disposition between now and March 30th will be entered in the drawing!  Three winners will be randomly selected and each will win $100!  Winners will be announced in the next newsletter.

Shareholders who have already completed a Testamentary are also eligible; they just need to contact Shareholder Services to verify they have a valid Testamentary on file and their name will be entered in the drawing. 

The Testamentary is the most important document a shareholder can have in their records.  It lets the corporation know their wishes on how to distribute their shares upon passing.  If a shareholder passes away without one on file, the State of Alaska’s Intestate succession law determines who will receive their shares, and it’s possible that they could go to someone not of theirchoosing.
